Stock market update: Stocks that hit 52-week highs on NSE

NEW DELHI: Shares of Rama Phosphates, Cura Tech, Choice Intnl, SBFC Finance and Krishna Instt of Medical Sciences, hit their fresh 52-week highs at 11:00AM(IST)on NSE.

Benchmark NSE Nifty index rose 14.8 points to 24152.45 amid selling in frontline bluechip stocks.

However, stocks such as AGS Transact Tech, Gensol Engg, Premier Ltd, Dhanvarsha Finvest and Punjab Alkalies, touched their fresh 52-week low.


Overall, 19 shares traded in the green in Nifty50 index, while 31 traded in the red.

In the Nifty 50 index, HCL Tech, Tech Mahindra, Infosys, Wipro and Tata Motors were among top gainers, while Eicher Motors, Trent, Grasim Inds., Shriram Finance and Axis Bank traded in the red.

The BSE Sensex was trading 0.54 points up at 79596.13 at 11:00AM(IST).

Traders were seen piling up positions in General, IT Enabled Services, Services, Auto and Engineering sectors, while selling was visible in Term Lending Institutions, Industrial Consumables, Consumer Durables, Construction and Miscellaneous sectors.
