Stock market update: Stocks that hit 52-week highs on NSE

NEW DELHI: Shares of Gallantt Metal, Prataap Snacks, NACL Industries, Reliance Naval & Engg and Hotel Rugby, hit their fresh 52-week highs at 10:34AM(IST)on NSE.

Benchmark NSE Nifty index rose 481.55 points to 23310.1 amid buying in frontline bluechip stocks.

However, stocks such as Quintegra Sol, Eros Media, Techindia Nirman, Varanium Cloud and Kesoram Inds., touched their fresh 52-week low.


Overall, 48 shares traded in the green in Nifty50 index, while 2 traded in the red.

In the Nifty 50 index, IndusInd Bank, Tata Motors, L&T, Shriram Finance and M&M were among top gainers, while HUL, Nestle India, ITC, Asian Paints and Tata Consumer traded in the red.

The BSE Sensex was trading 1577.55 points up at 76734.81 at 10:34AM(IST).

Traders were seen piling up positions in General, IT Enabled Services, Services, Auto and Power sectors, while selling was visible in Textiles, ReIT, InvIT, Gas & Petroleum and FMCG sectors.
