Stock market update: Stocks that hit 52-week highs on NSE

NEW DELHI: Shares of Denta Water and Infr, Shree Rama News, Nitiraj Engineers, TCPL Packaging and Hexaware Technologie, hit their fresh 52-week highs at 10:50AM(IST)on NSE.

Benchmark NSE Nifty index fell 48.06 points to 22884.85 amid selling in frontline bluechip stocks.

However, stocks such as Suratwwala Business, Par Drugs & Chemical, Jubilant Agri & Cons, AGS Transact Tech and Astron Paper & Board, touched their fresh 52-week low.


Overall, 30 shares traded in the green in Nifty50 index, while 20 traded in the red.

In the Nifty 50 index, NTPC, Shriram Finance, Hindalco, M&M and Bajaj Auto were among top gainers, while Maruti Suzuki, HDFC Bank, ITC, Tata Consumer and Kotak Bank traded in the red.

The BSE Sensex was trading 241.44 points down at 75697.74 at 10:50AM(IST).

Traders were seen piling up positions in General, IT Enabled Services, Services, Auto and Power sectors, while selling was visible in Leather, Textiles, Tobacco, Construction and IT - Hardware sectors.
