Stock market update: Stocks that hit 52-week highs on NSE

JK Cement, Navkar Builders and Madhya Bharat Agro, hit their fresh 52-week highs at 10:47AM.

Mazhar Mohammad of Chartviewindia.in said technical indicators are turning mixed as the weekly MACD chart has generated a 'buy' signal, giving an edge to the bulls.
NEW DELHI: Shares of JK Cement, Navkar Builders and Madhya Bharat Agro, hit their fresh 52-week highs at 10:47AM(IST)on NSE.

Benchmark NSE Nifty index rose 124.5 points to 23081.75 amid buying in frontline bluechip stocks.

However, stocks such as ideaForge Technology, Power Mech Proj, Noida Toll Bridge Co, Stallion India Fluor and Aban Offshore, touched their fresh 52-week low.


Overall, 40 shares traded in the green in Nifty50 index, while 10 traded in the red.

In the Nifty 50 index, BEL, Bajaj Auto, Eicher Motors, Shriram Finance and Trent were among top gainers, while Tata Consumer, BPCL, Britannia, ITC and NTPC traded in the red.

The BSE Sensex was trading 389.77 points up at 76291.18 at 10:47AM(IST).

Traders were seen piling up positions in General, Services, Auto, Apparels and Power sectors, while selling was visible in Textiles, Airlines, Tobacco, Construction and FMCG sectors.
