Stock market update: Stocks that hit 52-week highs on NSE

NEW DELHI: Shares of Indo Thai Sec, Oil Country Tub, IRIS Business Services and Univastu India, hit their fresh 52-week highs at 10:09AM(IST)on NSE.

Benchmark NSE Nifty index rose 62.75 points to 23148.7 amid buying in frontline bluechip stocks.

However, stocks such as Cinevista Ltd, Sanco Industries, Keerti Knowledge, Palred Technologies and Spacenet Enterprise, touched their fresh 52-week low.


Overall, 31 shares traded in the green in Nifty50 index, while 19 traded in the red.

In the Nifty 50 index, Adani Ent., IndusInd Bank, NTPC, Hindalco and Adani Ports SEZ were among top gainers, while HCL Tech, Tech Mahindra, HUL, Shriram Finance and Nestle India traded in the red.

The BSE Sensex was trading 231.81 points at 76561.82 at 10:09AM(IST).

Traders were seen piling up positions in General, Services, Auto, Power and Apparels sectors, while selling was visible in Cables, Defence, Textiles, Irrigation & Allied Services and Tea / Coffee sectors.
