Stock market update: Stocks that hit 52-week highs on NSE

NEW DELHI: Shares of Ashapura Minechem, Pokarna Ltd, Indo Tech Transformers, Power & Instrument and Atlas Cycles, hit their fresh 52-week highs at 11:25AM(IST)on NSE.

Benchmark NSE Nifty index fell 162.31 points to 23545.6 amid selling in frontline bluechip stocks.

However, stocks such as Spacenet Enterprise, Odigma Consultancy, Baid Leasing, Digjam and W S Industries, touched their fresh 52-week low.


Overall, 9 shares traded in the green in Nifty50 index, while 41 traded in the red.

In the Nifty 50 index, RIL, Dr. Reddys, ONGC, BPCL and Maruti Suzuki were among top gainers, while Shriram Finance, Trent, Adani Ports SEZ, Titan Company and Infosys traded in the red.

The BSE Sensex was trading 555.53 points at 77643.58 at 11:25AM(IST).

Traders were seen piling up positions in General, IT Enabled Services, Services, Auto and Apparels sectors, while selling was visible in Cables, Mining, Learning & Education, Defence and Textiles sectors.
