Stock market update: Stocks that hit 52-week highs on NSE

NEW DELHI: Shares of Asian Hotels, Atlas Cycles, ITI Ltd, Indo Thai Sec and Aarvee Denims, hit their fresh 52-week highs at 10:19AM(IST)on NSE.

Benchmark NSE Nifty index fell 139.0 points to 23505.9 amid selling in frontline bluechip stocks.

However, stocks such as Barak Valley, Arshiya, Mamata Machinery, Universus Photo and Suraksha Diagnostic, touched their fresh 52-week low.


Overall, 11 shares traded in the green in Nifty50 index, while 39 traded in the red.

In the Nifty 50 index, Kotak Bank, BEL, ONGC, SBI and Tata Motors were among top gainers, while Infosys, Tech Mahindra, TCS, Wipro and HCL Tech traded in the red.

The BSE Sensex was trading 537.19 points at 77710.94 at 10:19AM(IST).

Traders were seen piling up positions in General, Apparels, Aquaculture, Engineering and Beverages - Alcoholic sectors, while selling was visible in Diversified, Irrigation & Allied Services, Cables, Learning & Education and Mining sectors.
