Stock market update: Stocks that hit 52-week highs on NSE

NEW DELHI: Shares of Ratnaveer Precision, Supriya Lifescience, Aaron Industries, Jagsonpal Pharm and Banco Products, hit their fresh 52-week highs at 10:58AM(IST)on NSE.

Benchmark NSE Nifty index rose 178.25 points to 23528.15 amid buying in frontline bluechip stocks.

However, stocks such as Astron Paper & Board, Honasa Consumer, Eurotex Ind, Adani Transmission and Revathi Equipment In, touched their fresh 52-week low.


Overall, 42 shares traded in the green in Nifty50 index, while 8 traded in the red.

In the Nifty 50 index, SBI, Tata Consumer, Wipro, HCL Tech and UltraTech Cem. were among top gainers, while Adani Ent., Axis Bank, Sun Pharma, HDFC Bank and BPCL traded in the red.

The BSE Sensex was trading 540.75 points at 77696.54 at 10:58AM(IST).

Traders were seen piling up positions in General, Apparels, NBFC, Beverages - Alcoholic and Telecommunications sectors, while selling was visible in Diversified, Industrial Consumables, Irrigation & Allied Services, Construction and Metals - Ferrous sectors.
