Stock market update: Stocks that hit 52-week highs on NSE

NEW DELHI: Shares of Banco Products, JSW Holdings, KRN Heat Exchanger, Excel Ind and Precot Meridian, hit their fresh 52-week highs at 11:08AM(IST)on NSE.

Benchmark NSE Nifty index fell 50.8 points to 23508.25 amid selling in frontline bluechip stocks.

However, stocks such as Loyal Textiles, Vibhor Steel Tubes, ESAF Small Finance, Keerti Knowledge and Fusion Micro Finance, touched their fresh 52-week low.


Overall, 20 shares traded in the green in Nifty50 index, while 30 traded in the red.

In the Nifty 50 index, Eicher Motors, Hero MotoCorp, HDFC Life, SBI Life and Kotak Bank were among top gainers, while BPCL, HUL, Shriram Finance, ITC and Britannia traded in the red.

The BSE Sensex was trading 171.47 points at 77519.48 at 11:08AM(IST).

Traders were seen piling up positions in General, Apparels, NBFC, Beverages - Alcoholic and Holding Company sectors, while selling was visible in Diversified, Industrial Consumables, Construction, Metals - Ferrous and Pesticides/Agro Chemicals sectors.
