Stock market update: Stocks that hit 52-week highs on NSE

Tera Software, Windsor Machine, Shyam Telecom, Excel Realty N Infra and Viji Finance, hit their fresh 52-week highs at 10:04AM.

NEW DELHI: Shares of Tera Software, Windsor Machine, Shyam Telecom, Excel Realty N Infra and Viji Finance, hit their fresh 52-week highs at 10:04AM(IST)on NSE.

Benchmark NSE Nifty index fell 121.75 points to 23761.7 amid selling in frontline bluechip stocks.

However, stocks such as Loyal Textiles, Fairchem Organics, Stampede Cap(DVR), Sula Vineyards and Avantel, touched their fresh 52-week low.


Overall, 13 shares traded in the green in Nifty50 index, while 37 traded in the red.

In the Nifty 50 index, NTPC, Bajaj Finance, Bharti Airtel, Asian Paints and HDFC Bank were among top gainers, while M&M, BEL, Hero MotoCorp, Eicher Motors and Hindalco traded in the red.

The BSE Sensex was trading 257.93 points at 78417.25 at 10:04AM(IST).

Traders were seen piling up positions in General, Apparels, NBFC, Telecommunications and Beverages - Alcoholic sectors, while selling was visible in Diversified, Industrial Consumables, Irrigation & Allied Services, Metals - Ferrous and Construction sectors.
