Stock market update: Stocks that hit 52-week highs on NSE

NEW DELHI: Shares of Diffusion Engineers, Tainwala Chem, Tirupati Forge, Creative Eye and Univastu India, hit their fresh 52-week highs at 10:43AM(IST)on NSE.

Benchmark NSE Nifty index fell 100.85 points to 24680.25 amid selling in frontline bluechip stocks.

However, stocks such as PNC Infratech, Garuda Construction, Akshar Spintex, MEP Infrastructure and SecUR Credentials, touched their fresh 52-week low.


Overall, 14 shares traded in the green in Nifty50 index, while 36 traded in the red.

In the Nifty 50 index, ICICI Bank, Shriram Finance, Nestle India, SBI Life and Bajaj Finance were among top gainers, while BEL, Tata Steel, Tata Motors, M&M and Maruti Suzuki traded in the red.

The BSE Sensex was trading 265.97 points down at 80885.3 at 10:43AM(IST).

Traders were seen piling up positions in sectors, while selling was visible in sectors.
