Stock market update: Stocks that hit 52-week highs on NSE

NEW DELHI: Shares of GFL Ltd., Pilani Invest, Nalwa Sons Invst, SIL Investments and OrientalAromatics, hit their fresh 52-week highs at 10:44AM(IST)on NSE.

Benchmark NSE Nifty index fell 44.1 points to 24809.95 amid selling in frontline bluechip stocks.

However, stocks such as RBL Bank, Akshar Spintex, SecUR Credentials, Kamdhenu Ventures and Northern Arc Capital, touched their fresh 52-week low.


Overall, 13 shares traded in the green in Nifty50 index, while 37 traded in the red.

In the Nifty 50 index, HDFC Bank, Bajaj Auto, Wipro, Tech Mahindra and Eicher Motors were among top gainers, while Tata Consumer, Kotak Bank, BPCL, IndusInd Bank and ONGC traded in the red.

The BSE Sensex was trading 12.96 points down at 81211.79 at 10:44AM(IST).

Traders were seen piling up positions in General, NBFC, Beverages - Alcoholic, Telecommunications and Holding Company sectors, while selling was visible in Irrigation & Allied Services, Industrial Consumables, Construction, Infrastructure and Metals - Ferrous sectors.
