Stock market update: Stocks that hit 52-week highs on NSE

NEW DELHI: Shares of Banaras Beads, Univastu India, Creative Eye, Nitco and Sezal Glass, hit their fresh 52-week highs at 10:24AM(IST)on NSE.

Benchmark NSE Nifty index fell 67.6 points to 24682.25 amid selling in frontline bluechip stocks.

However, stocks such as Akshar Spintex, SecUR Credentials, Keerti Knowledge, HEG and Fusion Micro Finance, touched their fresh 52-week low.


Overall, 19 shares traded in the green in Nifty50 index, while 31 traded in the red.

In the Nifty 50 index, Axis Bank, Wipro, Eicher Motors, Tata Motors and HDFC Life were among top gainers, while Infosys, Tech Mahindra, ITC, BPCL and HUL traded in the red.

The BSE Sensex was trading 309.35 points down at 80697.26 at 10:24AM(IST).

Traders were seen piling up positions in General, NBFC, Beverages - Alcoholic, Telecommunications and Pharmaceuticals sectors, while selling was visible in Irrigation & Allied Services, Industrial Consumables, Industrial Equipment, Hospitals & Allied Services and Construction sectors.
