Stock market update: Stocks that hit 52-week highs on NSE

NEW DELHI: Shares of IFB Industries, Stylam Ind, Rallis India, Nitco and Platinum Industries, hit their fresh 52-week highs at 10:33AM(IST)on NSE.

Benchmark NSE Nifty index fell 20.1 points to 25037.25 amid selling in frontline bluechip stocks.

However, stocks such as MEP Infrastructure, Akshar Spintex, Kamdhenu Ventures, Dhanvarsha Finvest and Vinny Overseas, touched their fresh 52-week low.


Overall, 22 shares traded in the green in Nifty50 index, while 28 traded in the red.

In the Nifty 50 index, HDFC Life, Hindalco, SBI Life, Grasim Inds. and Dr. Reddys were among top gainers, while Trent, M&M, Nestle India, Hero MotoCorp and IndusInd Bank traded in the red.

The BSE Sensex was trading 75.39 points down at 81744.73 at 10:33AM(IST).

Traders were seen piling up positions in General, NBFC, Telecommunications, Beverages - Alcoholic and Learning & Education sectors, while selling was visible in Irrigation & Allied Services, Industrial Equipment, Cables, Hospitals & Allied Services and Tourism & Hospitality sectors.
