Stock market update: Stocks that hit 52-week highs on NSE

NEW DELHI: Shares of Premier Poly, MITCON Const & Engg.(PP), Nupur Recyclers, Nalwa Sons Invst and Chemfab Alkalis, hit their fresh 52-week highs at 11:19AM(IST)on NSE.

Benchmark NSE Nifty index fell 63.25 points to 25064.7 amid selling in frontline bluechip stocks.

However, stocks such as MEP Infrastructure, Keerti Knowledge, Vinny Overseas, Future Supply Chain and Fusion Micro Finance, touched their fresh 52-week low.


Overall, 17 shares traded in the green in Nifty50 index, while 33 traded in the red.

In the Nifty 50 index, BPCL, Asian Paints, Bharti Airtel, ICICI Bank and BEL were among top gainers, while Bajaj Auto, M&M, Wipro, Bajaj Finance and ONGC traded in the red.

The BSE Sensex was trading 167.95 points down at 81805.1 at 11:19AM(IST).

Traders were seen piling up positions in General, NBFC, Beverages - Alcoholic, Telecommunications and Media & Entertainment sectors, while selling was visible in Irrigation & Allied Services, Industrial Equipment, Construction, Hospitals & Allied Services and Metals - Ferrous sectors.
