Stock market update: Stocks that hit 52-week highs on NSE

NEW DELHI: Shares of Sonam Clock, Shah Alloys, GeeCee Ventures, AstraZeneca and S H Kelkar & Co., hit their fresh 52-week highs at 11:20AM(IST)on NSE.

Benchmark NSE Nifty index fell 1.71 points to 25937.35 amid selling in frontline bluechip stocks.

However, stocks such as Dhanvarsha Finvest, Fusion Micro Finance, Rossell India, HLV Ltd. and Shree Tirupati Balaj, touched their fresh 52-week low.


Overall, 24 shares traded in the green in Nifty50 index, while 26 traded in the red.

In the Nifty 50 index, Tata Steel, Hindalco, Power Grid, BPCL and JSW Steel were among top gainers, while LTIMindtree, HDFC Life, HUL, Shriram Finance and SBI Life traded in the red.

The BSE Sensex was trading 29.8 points down at 84898.81 at 11:20AM(IST).

Traders were seen piling up positions in Beverages - Alcoholic, Telecommunications, General, Metals - Ferrous and Industrial Equipment sectors, while selling was visible in Irrigation & Allied Services, Infrastructure, Rubber, FMCG and Paper sectors.
