Stock market update: Stocks that hit 52-week highs on NSE

NEW DELHI: Shares of Euro India Fresh, Silgo Retail, Consol Const., BSE and Heranba Ind, hit their fresh 52-week highs at 11:09AM(IST)on NSE.

Benchmark NSE Nifty index rose 39.75 points to 25458.3 amid buying in frontline bluechip stocks.

However, stocks such as Tolins Tyres, Stampede Cap(DVR), Shree Tirupati Balaj, P N Gadgil Jewellers and Filatex Fashions, touched their fresh 52-week low.


Overall, 31 shares traded in the green in Nifty50 index, while 19 traded in the red.

In the Nifty 50 index, Bajaj Finance, Shriram Finance, L&T, HDFC Bank and Hero MotoCorp were among top gainers, while Tech Mahindra, Infosys, TCS, LTIMindtree and Wipro traded in the red.

The BSE Sensex was trading 166.84 points up at 83246.5 at 11:09AM(IST).

Traders were seen piling up positions in Beverages - Alcoholic, Telecommunications, General, Tea / Coffee and Term Lending Institutions sectors, while selling was visible in Irrigation & Allied Services, Infrastructure, Rubber, FMCG and Electric/Electronics sectors.
