Stock market update: Stocks that hit 52-week highs on NSE

NEW DELHI: Shares of Nelco Ltd, Lyka Labs, Rane(Madras), Pasupati Acrylon and Capital Trust, hit their fresh 52-week highs at 10:50AM(IST)on NSE.

Benchmark NSE Nifty index rose 28.91 points to 24727.75 amid buying in frontline bluechip stocks.

However, stocks such as Zenith Exports, Divgi Torqtransfer, Stampede Cap(DVR), Shyam Telecom and 3rd Rock MultiMedia, touched their fresh 52-week low.


Overall, 31 shares traded in the green in Nifty50 index, while 19 traded in the red.

In the Nifty 50 index, Divis Labs, Adani Ent., Bajaj Finserv, Dr. Reddys and Cipla were among top gainers, while UltraTech Cem., ICICI Bank, Tata Steel, IndusInd Bank and HDFC Bank traded in the red.

The BSE Sensex was trading 1.09 points up at 80803.95 at 10:50AM(IST).

Traders were seen piling up positions in Beverages - Alcoholic, Telecommunications, Petrochemicals, General and Fertilisers sectors, while selling was visible in Irrigation & Allied Services, Rubber, Infrastructure, Electric/Electronics and Gas & Petroleum sectors.
