Stock market update: Stocks that hit 52-week highs on NSE

NEW DELHI: Shares of Agri-Tech(India), Apex Frozen Foods, Antony Waste Handling, Arrow Greentech and Pondy Oxides, hit their fresh 52-week highs at 10:34AM(IST)on NSE.

Benchmark NSE Nifty index fell 41.1 points to 24437.95 amid selling in frontline bluechip stocks.

However, stocks such as SAB Events & Governance, Nandani Creation, Welspun Investments, IndInfravit Trust and 3rd Rock MultiMedia, touched their fresh 52-week low.


Overall, 19 shares traded in the green in Nifty50 index, while 31 traded in the red.

In the Nifty 50 index, ONGC, Tata Motors, HDFC Life, NTPC and SBI Life were among top gainers, while Tata Consumer, Bajaj Finance, Bajaj Finserv, M&M and Nestle India traded in the red.

The BSE Sensex was trading 202.33 points down at 80226.71 at 10:34AM(IST).

Traders were seen piling up positions in Aquaculture, Trading, General, Agriculture/Horticulture/Livestock and Irrigation & Allied Services sectors, while selling was visible in Infrastructure, Electric/Electronics, Gas & Petroleum, FMCG and Construction sectors.
