Stock market update: Stocks that hit 52-week highs on NSE

IFB Agro, Skipper Ltd(PP), Bhagyanagar Ind, Country Club and Prime Focus, hit their fresh 52-week highs at 10:39AM.

NEW DELHI: Shares of IFB Agro, Skipper Ltd(PP), Bhagyanagar Ind, Country Club and Prime Focus, hit their fresh 52-week highs at 10:39AM(IST)on NSE.

Benchmark NSE Nifty index rose 33.0 points to 24319.5 amid buying in frontline bluechip stocks.

However, stocks such as Future Supply Chain, Welspun Investments, GIR Natureview, IndInfravit Trust and Ahimsa Ind, touched their fresh 52-week low.


Overall, 27 shares traded in the green in Nifty50 index, while 23 traded in the red.

In the Nifty 50 index, HCL Tech, ICICI Bank, Hindalco, TCS and Infosys were among top gainers, while HDFC Bank, Bajaj Finance, Adani Ent., IndusInd Bank and UltraTech Cem. traded in the red.

The BSE Sensex was trading 136.73 points up at 80123.53 at 10:39AM(IST).

Traders were seen piling up positions in Irrigation & Allied Services, Fertilisers, Packaging, Petrochemicals and Agriculture/Horticulture/Livestock sectors, while selling was visible in Gas & Petroleum, Beverages - Alcoholic, Airlines, Tobacco and Auto sectors.
