Stock market update: Stocks that hit 52-week highs on NSE

NEW DELHI: Shares of Somi Conveyor, Hexa Tradex, AGC Networks, Ratnaveer Precision and Zenith Birla, hit their fresh 52-week highs at 10:04AM(IST)on NSE.

Benchmark NSE Nifty index fell 30.3 points to 23691.0 amid selling in frontline bluechip stocks.

However, stocks such as Paras Petrofils, Rollatainers Ltd, Reliance Home Fin, Zee Learn and MEP Infrastructure, touched their fresh 52-week low.


Overall, 23 shares traded in the green in Nifty50 index, while 27 traded in the red.

In the Nifty 50 index, UltraTech Cem., Grasim Inds., Shriram Finance, Kotak Bank and BPCL were among top gainers, while Hindalco, Tata Steel, Bajaj Auto, Apollo Hospital and M&M traded in the red.

The BSE Sensex was trading 62.82 points down at 77990.7 at 10:04AM(IST).

Traders were seen piling up positions in Fertilisers, Packaging, Irrigation & Allied Services, Sugar and Petrochemicals sectors, while selling was visible in Gas & Petroleum, Airlines, Tobacco, Beverages - Alcoholic and Metals - Non Ferrous sectors.
