Stock market update: Stocks that hit 52-week highs on NSE

NEW DELHI: Shares of Kalyani Forge, Windsor Machine, LE Travenues Techno, Tirupati Forge and Prajay Engg, hit their fresh 52-week highs at 10:49AM(IST)on NSE.

Benchmark NSE Nifty index fell 120.66 points to 23437.25 amid selling in frontline bluechip stocks.

However, stocks such as SecUR Credentials, We Win, Madhav Marbles, Bang Overseas and GIR Natureview, touched their fresh 52-week low.


Overall, 6 shares traded in the green in Nifty50 index, while 44 traded in the red.

In the Nifty 50 index, IndusInd Bank, ICICI Bank, HDFC Bank, Kotak Bank and Infosys were among top gainers, while Titan Company, Coal India Ltd, Adani Ent., Shriram Finance and BPCL traded in the red.

The BSE Sensex was trading 251.21 points down at 77049.93 at 10:49AM(IST).

Traders were seen piling up positions in Fertilisers, Irrigation & Allied Services, Sugar, Defence and Miscellaneous sectors, while selling was visible in Metals - Non Ferrous, Airlines, Beverages - Alcoholic, Tobacco and IT Software sectors.
