Stock market update: Stocks that hit 52-week highs on NSE

NEW DELHI: Shares of Zenith Exports, Premier Exp, Likhitha Infra, Jain Irrigation and Rallis India, hit their fresh 52-week highs at 10:44AM(IST)on NSE.

Benchmark NSE Nifty index rose 38.05 points to 23328.2 amid buying in frontline bluechip stocks.

However, stocks such as Neueon Towers, Bohra Industries, Borosil Scientific, Melstar Info and Compuage Infocom, touched their fresh 52-week low.


Overall, 34 shares traded in the green in Nifty50 index, while 16 traded in the red.

In the Nifty 50 index, Power Grid, UltraTech Cem., Hero MotoCorp, Grasim Inds. and NTPC were among top gainers, while Tech Mahindra, Infosys, LTIMindtree, HCL Tech and Wipro traded in the red.

The BSE Sensex was trading 34.2 points up at 76727.56 at 10:44AM(IST).

Traders were seen piling up positions in Airlines, Aquaculture, Fertilisers, IT - Hardware and Cables sectors, while selling was visible in Trading, Defence, IT Software, Pesticides/Agro Chemicals and Banks sectors.
