Stock market update: Stocks that hit 52-week highs on NSE

NEW DELHI: Shares of Excel Realty N Infra, Paras Defence, Grindwell Norton, SMS Lifesciences Ind and JITF Infralogistics, hit their fresh 52-week highs at 10:14AM(IST)on NSE.

Benchmark NSE Nifty index fell 123.36 points to 22764.8 amid selling in frontline bluechip stocks.

However, stocks such as Monte Carlo Fashion, Revathi Equipment, Osia Hyper Retail, Priti International and Signpost India, touched their fresh 52-week low.


Overall, 12 shares traded in the green in Nifty50 index, while 38 traded in the red.

In the Nifty 50 index, Power Grid, Hindalco, Adani Ent., Sun Pharma and Apollo Hospital were among top gainers, while SBI Life, HDFC Life, M&M, UltraTech Cem. and ONGC traded in the red.

The BSE Sensex was trading 414.24 points down at 74756.21 at 10:14AM(IST).

Traders were seen piling up positions in Leather, Telecommunications, Industrial Consumables, Metals - Non Ferrous and Shipping sectors, while selling was visible in Trading, Cement, Banks, Electric/Electronics and Airlines sectors.
