Stock market update: Stocks that hit 52-week highs on NSE

NEW DELHI: Shares of Tainwala Chem, GeeCee Ventures, Ausom Enterprise, Alicon Castalloy and HG Infra Engg, hit their fresh 52-week highs at 10:39AM(IST)on NSE.

Benchmark NSE Nifty index rose 25.8 points to 22554.85 amid buying in frontline bluechip stocks.

However, stocks such as Revathi Equip, Brightcom Group, Regency Ceramic, Sinclairs Hotel and GSS Infotech, touched their fresh 52-week low.


Overall, 22 shares traded in the green in Nifty50 index, while 28 traded in the red.

In the Nifty 50 index, Coal India Ltd, HUL, Britannia, RIL and NTPC were among top gainers, while Sun Pharma, SBI, Shriram Finance, BPCL and Apollo Hospital traded in the red.

The BSE Sensex was trading 84.68 points up at 74037.99 at 10:39AM(IST).

Traders were seen piling up positions in Metals - Non Ferrous, Infrastructure, Rubber, Industrial Consumables and Mining sectors, while selling was visible in Trading, Banks, Cement, Media & Entertainment and Term Lending Institutions sectors.
