Stock market update: Stocks that hit 52-week highs on NSE

NEW DELHI: Shares of Senco Gold, Par Drugs & Chemical, Selan Expl Tech, Ashiana Housing and Aster DM Health, hit their fresh 52-week highs at 10:59AM(IST)on NSE.

Benchmark NSE Nifty index fell 95.75 points to 22423.65 amid selling in frontline bluechip stocks.

However, stocks such as Infomedia Press, Penta Gold, MEP Infrastructure, Best Agrolife and Gopal Snacks, touched their fresh 52-week low.


Overall, 10 shares traded in the green in Nifty50 index, while 40 traded in the red.

In the Nifty 50 index, ONGC, Hindalco, JSW Steel, Nestle India and RIL were among top gainers, while Tata Consumer, Shriram Finance, HUL, Tata Motors and Adani Ent. traded in the red.

The BSE Sensex was trading 357.75 points down at 73887.15 at 10:59AM(IST).

Traders were seen piling up positions in Telecommunications, Gas & Petroleum, IT - Hardware, Metals - Non Ferrous and Gems and Jewellery sectors, while selling was visible in FMCG, Agro Processing, Trading, Learning & Education and Apparels sectors.
