Stock market update: Stocks that hit 52-week highs on NSE

NEW DELHI: Shares of Poddar Pigments, Dhruv Consultancy, Rainbow Childrens, Umang Dairies and Vaswani Ind, hit their fresh 52-week highs at 11:10AM(IST)on NSE.

Benchmark NSE Nifty index fell 141.65 points to 22056.7 amid selling in frontline bluechip stocks.

However, stocks such as Vibhor Steel Tubes, Bohra Industries, Capital Small Financ, Entero Healthcare So and TCI Express, touched their fresh 52-week low.


Overall, 10 shares traded in the green in Nifty50 index, while 40 traded in the red.

In the Nifty 50 index, HDFC Life, TCS, Infosys, Tech Mahindra and Tata Consumer were among top gainers, while Bajaj Auto, Apollo Hospital, Maruti Suzuki, Asian Paints and RIL traded in the red.

The BSE Sensex was trading 453.02 points down at 72642.2 at 11:10AM(IST).

Traders were seen piling up positions in Telecommunications, Industrial Equipment, Consumer Durables, Retail and Tea / Coffee sectors, while selling was visible in FMCG, Logistics, Industrial Consumables, Construction and General sectors.
