Stock market update: Stocks that hit 52-week highs on NSE

NEW DELHI: Shares of MRPL, Pritish Nandy, BF Utilities, Paisalo Digital and Chaman Lal Setia, hit their fresh 52-week highs at 11:00AM(IST)on NSE.

Benchmark NSE Nifty index rose 68.25 points to 22108.95 amid buying in frontline bluechip stocks.

However, stocks such as Eurotex Ind, N K Industries, Madhya Bharat Agro, Ebixcash World Money and SAB Events & Governa, touched their fresh 52-week low.


Overall, 38 shares traded in the green in Nifty50 index, while 12 traded in the red.

In the Nifty 50 index, Grasim Inds., Bajaj Auto, Adani Ent., Bajaj Finance and ITC were among top gainers, while L&T, SBI Life, HDFC Life, TCS and Wipro traded in the red.

The BSE Sensex was trading 181.84 points up at 72608.48 at 11:00AM(IST).

Traders were seen piling up positions in IT - Hardware, Telecommunications, Petrochemicals, Fertilisers and Sugar sectors, while selling was visible in FMCG, Industrial Consumables, Defence, Logistics and Cables sectors.
