Stock market update: Stocks that hit 52-week highs on NSE

NEW DELHI: Shares of Vakrangee, Jyoti CNC Automation, Policy Bazaar, Mahamaya Steel and PNB Gilts, hit their fresh 52-week highs at 10:14AM(IST)on NSE.

Benchmark NSE Nifty index rose 80.91 points to 21603.0 amid buying in frontline bluechip stocks.

However, stocks such as Digidrive Distributo, VIP Ind., GI Engineering, Radaan Media and Latteys Industries, touched their fresh 52-week low.


Overall, 39 shares traded in the green in Nifty50 index, while 11 traded in the red.

In the Nifty 50 index, Tata Motors, Dr. Reddys, M&M, HDFC Bank and Eicher Motors were among top gainers, while L&T, Titan Company, SBI Life, Bharti Airtel and Apollo Hospital traded in the red.

The BSE Sensex was trading 275.01 points up at 71414.91 at 10:14AM(IST).

Traders were seen piling up positions in Aquaculture, Telecommunications, Industrial Equipment, Services and IT - Hardware sectors, while selling was visible in FMCG, Construction, Defence, Logistics and Apparels sectors.
