Stock market update: Stocks that hit 52-week highs on NSE

NEW DELHI: Shares of Ganesh Housing, Liberty Shoes, Intrasoft Tech, HUDCO and Yash Pakka, hit their fresh 52-week highs at 10:34AM(IST)on NSE.

Benchmark NSE Nifty index rose 203.05 points to 21665.3 amid buying in frontline bluechip stocks.

However, stocks such as Digidrive Distributo, Stampede Cap(DVR), Tata Technologies, Nagreeka Capital and GIR Natureview, touched their fresh 52-week low.


Overall, 42 shares traded in the green in Nifty50 index, while 8 traded in the red.

In the Nifty 50 index, Bharti Airtel, Axis Bank, ICICI Bank, ONGC and Tech Mahindra were among top gainers, while IndusInd Bank, Hero MotoCorp, HUL, Power Grid and HCL Tech traded in the red.

The BSE Sensex was trading 689.64 points up at 71876.5 at 10:34AM(IST).

Traders were seen piling up positions in Telecommunications, Learning & Education, Tyres, Cables and Petrochemicals sectors, while selling was visible in FMCG, Logistics, Leather, Apparels and Aquaculture sectors.
