Stock market update: Stocks that hit 52-week highs on NSE

NEW DELHI: Shares of Cyber Media Ltd, HUDCO, Onward Tech, HOV Services and Reliance Chemo, hit their fresh 52-week highs at 10:44AM(IST)on NSE.

Benchmark NSE Nifty index rose 216.3 points to 21142.65 amid buying in frontline bluechip stocks.

However, stocks such as Raj Rayon, Winsome Yarns, Bohra Industries, GIR Natureview and Peria Karamalai Tea, touched their fresh 52-week low.


Overall, 34 shares traded in the green in Nifty50 index, while 16 traded in the red.

In the Nifty 50 index, LTIMindtree, Infosys, HCL Tech, Tech Mahindra and Wipro were among top gainers, while HDFC Life, Power Grid, BPCL, Cipla and Asian Paints traded in the red.

The BSE Sensex was trading 805.91 points up at 70390.51 at 10:44AM(IST).

Traders were seen piling up positions in Telecommunications, IT Software, IT Enabled Services, Industrial Equipment and Cables sectors, while selling was visible in Agro Processing, Fertilisers, Apparels, Plastics and Electric/Electronics sectors.
