Stock market update: Stocks that hit 52-week highs on NSE

NEW DELHI: Shares of Energy Deve Co, Indian Renewable, Delta Manufacturing, BAG Films and Equitas Small Fin, hit their fresh 52-week highs at 10:45AM(IST)on NSE.

Benchmark NSE Nifty index fell 8.0 points to 21005.1 amid buying in frontline bluechip stocks.

However, stocks such as Vaxtex Cotfab, Raj Rayon, Winsome Yarns, Bohra Industries and GIR Natureview, touched their fresh 52-week low.


Overall, 27 shares traded in the green in Nifty50 index, while 22 traded in the red.

In the Nifty 50 index, HDFC Life, Hindalco, Dr. Reddys, UltraTech Cem. and JSW Steel were among top gainers, while BPCL, Eicher Motors, Coal India Ltd, L&T and Bharti Airtel traded in the red.

The BSE Sensex was trading 33.77 points down at 69894.76 at 10:45AM(IST).

Traders were seen piling up positions in Telecommunications, Learning & Education, Rubber, Financial Services and Media & Entertainment sectors, while selling was visible in Agro Processing, Plastics, Construction, Fertilisers and Electric/Electronics sectors.
