Stock market update: Stocks that hit 52-week highs on NSE

NEW DELHI: Shares of DIC India Ltd, Spencer's Retail, HLV Ltd., Aakash Exploration and Den Networks, hit their fresh 52-week highs at 10:14AM(IST)on NSE.

Benchmark NSE Nifty index rose 54.2 points to 20909.3 amid buying in frontline bluechip stocks.

However, stocks such as Vaxtex Cotfab, SEL Manufact, Raj Rayon, Flair Writing Indust and Winsome Yarns, touched their fresh 52-week low.


Overall, 31 shares traded in the green in Nifty50 index, while 19 traded in the red.

In the Nifty 50 index, Adani Ports SEZ, LTIMindtree, UPL, Adani Ent. and Wipro were among top gainers, while Bajaj Auto, ICICI Bank, NTPC, SBI Life and UltraTech Cem. traded in the red.

The BSE Sensex was trading 184.16 points up at 69480.3 at 10:14AM(IST).

Traders were seen piling up positions in Power, Shipping, Telecommunications, Paper and Defence sectors, while selling was visible in Agro Processing, Electric/Electronics, Glass, Construction and Auto sectors.
