Stock market update: Stocks that hit 52-week highs on NSE

NEW DELHI: Shares of ITD Cementation, Aster DM Health, Arvind SmartSpaces, Network18 Media and Brigade Ent., hit their fresh 52-week highs at 09:59AM(IST)on NSE.

Benchmark NSE Nifty index rose 111.65 points to 20244.8 amid buying in frontline bluechip stocks.

However, stocks such as Bohra Industries, Radaan Media, Blue Jet Healthcare, Raj Rayon and Winsome Yarns, touched their fresh 52-week low.


Overall, 37 shares traded in the green in Nifty50 index, while 12 traded in the red.

In the Nifty 50 index, NTPC, L&T, IndusInd Bank, Axis Bank and Grasim Inds. were among top gainers, while SBI Life, Wipro, Bajaj Auto, M&M and Tech Mahindra traded in the red.

The BSE Sensex was trading 430.32 points up at 67418.76 at 09:59AM(IST).

Traders were seen piling up positions in Term Lending Institutions, Telecommunications, Defence, Media & Entertainment and Trading sectors, while selling was visible in Agro Processing, Plastics, Services, Apparels and Electric/Electronics sectors.
