Stock market update: Stocks that hit 52-week highs on NSE

NEW DELHI: Shares of Sreeleather, Gabriel India, EMS L, Apollo Micro Systems and Gateway Distriparks, hit their fresh 52-week highs at 10:29AM(IST)on NSE.

Benchmark NSE Nifty index rose 191.4 points to 19634.95 amid buying in frontline bluechip stocks.

However, stocks such as Rajesh Exports, Atam Valves, Compuage Infocom, Winsome Yarns and Fourth Dimension Sol, touched their fresh 52-week low.


Overall, 43 shares traded in the green in Nifty50 index, while 7 traded in the red.

In the Nifty 50 index, Hindalco, Tech Mahindra, LTIMindtree, ONGC and Infosys were among top gainers, while Power Grid, Britannia, Sun Pharma, Nestle India and IndusInd Bank traded in the red.

The BSE Sensex was trading 591.14 points up at 65525.01 at 10:29AM(IST).

Traders were seen piling up positions in Telecommunications, IT Enabled Services, Metals - Non Ferrous, Real Estate and IT Software sectors, while selling was visible in Agro Processing, Rubber, Construction, Learning & Education and Apparels sectors.
