Stock market update: Stocks that hit 52-week highs on NSE

NEW DELHI: Shares of GKW Ltd, Summit Sec, Murudeshwar Cera, Hemisphere Prop and Sigachi Industries, hit their fresh 52-week highs at 09:59AM(IST)on NSE.

Benchmark NSE Nifty index fell 68.5 points to 19556.2 amid selling in frontline bluechip stocks.

However, stocks such as Madhya Bharat Agro, Rane Eng Valve, Winsome Yarns, Gujarat Gas and Ebixcash World Money, touched their fresh 52-week low.


Overall, 11 shares traded in the green in Nifty50 index, while 39 traded in the red.

In the Nifty 50 index, Nestle India, Adani Ent., Adani Ports SEZ, Tata Motors and IndusInd Bank were among top gainers, while ITC, Power Grid, HUL, HCL Tech and Divis Labs traded in the red.

The BSE Sensex was trading 202.17 points down at 65427.07 at 09:59AM(IST).

Traders were seen piling up positions in Holding Company, Telecommunications, Paper, Infrastructure and Cables sectors, while selling was visible in Trading, Irrigation & Allied Services, Tobacco, Construction and Airlines sectors.
