Stock market update: Stocks that hit 52-week highs on NSE

NEW DELHI: Shares of N K Industries, Prestige Estate, Adhunik Industries, Ajmera Realty and Guj Mineral Dev., hit their fresh 52-week highs at 10:55AM(IST)on NSE.

Benchmark NSE Nifty index rose 107.9 points to 19620.25 amid buying in frontline bluechip stocks.

However, stocks such as Themis Medicare, Baid Leasing, Shree Ram Proteins, Jet Freight Logistic and Winsome Yarns, touched their fresh 52-week low.


Overall, 42 shares traded in the green in Nifty50 index, while 8 traded in the red.

In the Nifty 50 index, Adani Ports SEZ, Coal India Ltd, Bharti Airtel, Adani Ent. and Maruti Suzuki were among top gainers, while IndusInd Bank, Dr. Reddys, Cipla, TCS and Asian Paints traded in the red.

The BSE Sensex was trading 371.17 points up at 65883.56 at 10:55AM(IST).

Traders were seen piling up positions in Telecommunications, Real Estate, Mining, Shipping and Term Lending Institutions sectors, while selling was visible in Defence, Power, Building Materials, Metals - Ferrous and Agriculture/Horticulture/Livestock sectors.
