Stock market update: Stocks that hit 52-week highs on NSE

SoftTech Engineers, RKEC Projects, KCP Ltd, Apollo Micro Systems and Diamond Power, hit their fresh 52-week highs at 09:59AM.

Nagaraj Shetti, Technical Research Analyst at HDFC Securities, believes Monday's pattern could be considered as a High Wave, which reflects high volatility in the market at swing highs.
NEW DELHI: Shares of SoftTech Engineers, RKEC Projects, KCP Ltd, Apollo Micro Systems and Diamond Power, hit their fresh 52-week highs at 09:59AM(IST)on NSE.

Benchmark NSE Nifty index rose 98.05 points to 19534.15 amid buying in frontline bluechip stocks.

However, stocks such as Navin Fluorine, Shree Ram Proteins, Winsome Yarns, McNally Bharat and The Grob Tea Company, touched their fresh 52-week low.


Overall, 37 shares traded in the green in Nifty50 index, while 13 traded in the red.

In the Nifty 50 index, TCS, ICICI Bank, Tech Mahindra, Titan Company and Infosys were among top gainers, while Power Grid, Divis Labs, Nestle India, Britannia and HUL traded in the red.

The BSE Sensex was trading 355.99 points up at 65582.03 at 09:59AM(IST).

Traders were seen piling up positions in Telecommunications, Learning & Education, Real Estate, Paper and Media & Entertainment sectors, while selling was visible in Defence, Power, Building Materials, Agriculture/Horticulture/Livestock and Metals - Ferrous sectors.
