Stock market update: Stocks that hit 52-week highs on NSE

NEW DELHI: Shares of Winsome Yarns, Selan Expl Tech, Chaman Lal Setia, IFCI and Airan Ltd., hit their fresh 52-week highs at 09:59AM(IST)on NSE.

Benchmark NSE Nifty index fell 9.05 points to 19683.6 amid buying in frontline bluechip stocks.

However, stocks such as Yudiz Solutions, Sungarner Energies, Pramara Promotions, Chavda Infra and Jiwanram Sheoduttrai, touched their fresh 52-week low.


Overall, 29 shares traded in the green in Nifty50 index, while 21 traded in the red.

In the Nifty 50 index, Eicher Motors, Tata Steel, UltraTech Cem., Dr. Reddys and Bajaj Auto were among top gainers, while Asian Paints, Apollo Hospital, Tech Mahindra, TCS and Bajaj Finserv traded in the red.

The BSE Sensex was trading 1.35 points down at 66022.34 at 09:59AM(IST).

Traders were seen piling up positions in Telecommunications, Cables, Agro Processing, Defence and Rubber sectors, while selling was visible in Banks, Term Lending Institutions, Building Materials, Irrigation & Allied Services and Power sectors.
