Stock market update: Stocks that hit 52-week highs on NSE

Century Extrus, MMTC, Raymond, Devyani Int and Zeal Global Services, hit their fresh 52-week highs at 11:10AM.

NEW DELHI: Shares of Century Extrus, MMTC, Raymond, Devyani Int and Zeal Global Services, hit their fresh 52-week highs at 11:10AM(IST)on NSE.

Benchmark NSE Nifty index rose 43.45 points to 19572.25 amid buying in frontline bluechip stocks.

However, stocks such as Penta Gold, Sanco Industries, Allcargo Terminals, GNA Axles and Arvee Laboratories, touched their fresh 52-week low.


Overall, 31 shares traded in the green in Nifty50 index, while 18 traded in the red.

In the Nifty 50 index, Apollo Hospital, BPCL, LTIMindtree, Coal India Ltd and ONGC were among top gainers, while Dr. Reddys, NTPC, Tata Steel, UltraTech Cem. and SBI Life traded in the red.

The BSE Sensex was trading 132.38 points up at 65760.52 at 11:10AM(IST).

Traders were seen piling up positions in Trading, Term Lending Institutions, Telecommunications, Media & Entertainment and Aquaculture sectors, while selling was visible in Banks, Irrigation & Allied Services, Building Materials, Metals - Ferrous and Industrial Equipment sectors.
