Stock market update: Stocks that hit 52-week highs on NSE

NEW DELHI: Shares of Delta Manufacturing, Pritika Engineering, P E Analytics, Ameya Precision Engi and Menon Bearings, hit their fresh 52-week highs at 09:59AM(IST)on NSE.

Benchmark NSE Nifty index rose 86.8 points to 19429.45 amid buying in frontline bluechip stocks.

However, stocks such as Penta Gold, Proventus Agrocom, Rajnandini Metal, BKM Industries and Rajesh Exports, touched their fresh 52-week low.


Overall, 42 shares traded in the green in Nifty50 index, while 8 traded in the red.

In the Nifty 50 index, Tata Steel, Axis Bank, M&M, Hindalco and Tech Mahindra were among top gainers, while BPCL, Power Grid, Apollo Hospital, Britannia and NTPC traded in the red.

The BSE Sensex was trading 306.34 points up at 65382.16 at 09:59AM(IST).

Traders were seen piling up positions in Telecommunications, Cables, Learning & Education, Services and Rubber sectors, while selling was visible in Banks, Irrigation & Allied Services, Airlines, Building Materials and Miscellaneous sectors.
