Stock market update: Stocks that hit 52-week highs on NSE

NEW DELHI: Shares of Yash Pakka, Tara Chand Logistic, NMDC Steel, VLS Finance and Shera Energy, hit their fresh 52-week highs at 11:00AM(IST)on NSE.

Benchmark NSE Nifty index rose 52.1 points to 19362.25 amid buying in frontline bluechip stocks.

However, stocks such as Parenteral Drug, Melstar Info, Penta Gold, CMI Ltd and Ankit Metal Pwr, touched their fresh 52-week low.


Overall, 41 shares traded in the green in Nifty50 index, while 8 traded in the red.

In the Nifty 50 index, Adani Ports SEZ, Bajaj Finance, UPL, Adani Ent. and Hindalco were among top gainers, while RIL, M&M, BPCL, Britannia and Eicher Motors traded in the red.

The BSE Sensex was trading 193.31 points up at 65141.97 at 11:00AM(IST).

Traders were seen piling up positions in Telecommunications, Industrial Equipment, Learning & Education, Textiles and Power sectors, while selling was visible in Banks, Irrigation & Allied Services, Building Materials, Agriculture/Horticulture/Livestock and Electric/Electronics sectors.
