Stock market update: Stocks that hit 52-week highs on NSE

NEW DELHI: Shares of Ashapura Mine, Pritika Engineering, CESC Ventures, Imagicaaworld Entert and Hind Const Co, hit their fresh 52-week highs at 09:59AM(IST)on NSE.

Benchmark NSE Nifty index fell 76.4 points to 19466.7 amid selling in frontline bluechip stocks.

However, stocks such as Reliance Home Fin, Transindia Real Esta, Allcargo Terminals, Advitiya Trade India and Richa Info Systems L, touched their fresh 52-week low.


Overall, 12 shares traded in the green in Nifty50 index, while 37 traded in the red.

In the Nifty 50 index, HCL Tech, Apollo Hospital, Power Grid, Titan Company and Maruti Suzuki were among top gainers, while Hindalco, JSW Steel, Hero MotoCorp, Divis Labs and HUL traded in the red.

The BSE Sensex was trading 248.64 points down at 65439.54 at 09:59AM(IST).

Traders were seen piling up positions in Telecommunications, Plastics, Leather, Trading and Tourism & Hospitality sectors, while selling was visible in Banks, Petrochemicals, Irrigation & Allied Services, Rubber and Building Materials sectors.
