Stock market update: Stocks that hit 52-week highs on NSE

STEL Holdings, Lloyds Steels, Kokuyo Camlin, BLS Int. Services and Ujjivan SFB, hit their fresh 52-week highs at 10:24AM.

Nifty moved in a tight range of 82 points, and ended slightly below the psychologically crucial level of 15,700.
NEW DELHI: Shares of STEL Holdings, Lloyds Steels, Kokuyo Camlin, BLS Int. Services and Ujjivan SFB, hit their fresh 52-week highs at 10:24AM(IST)on NSE.

Benchmark NSE Nifty index rose 25.8 points to 19671.85 amid buying in frontline bluechip stocks.

However, stocks such as Supreme Engineering, Setubandhan Infra, BKM Industries, Advitiya Trade India and CMI Ltd, touched their fresh 52-week low.


Overall, 29 shares traded in the green in Nifty50 index, while 21 traded in the red.

In the Nifty 50 index, Power Grid, NTPC, Adani Ports SEZ, Tata Steel and Grasim Inds. were among top gainers, while Apollo Hospital, HDFC Life, Britannia, Asian Paints and Bajaj Finance traded in the red.

The BSE Sensex was trading 85.23 points up at 66245.43 at 10:24AM(IST).

Traders were seen piling up positions in Telecommunications, Shipping, Sugar, Power and IT Enabled Services sectors, while selling was visible in Banks, Irrigation & Allied Services, Building Materials, Miscellaneous and Industrial Equipment sectors.
