Stock market update: Stocks that hit 52-week highs on NSE

NEW DELHI: Shares of A G Universal, Kriti Nutrients, Thangamayil Jew, 5Paisa Capital and Texmaco Infra, hit their fresh 52-week highs at 10:39AM(IST)on NSE.

Benchmark NSE Nifty index fell 1.95 points to 19670.4 amid selling in frontline bluechip stocks.

However, stocks such as BKM Industries, Zee Learn, Synoptics Technologi, Vinny Overseas and Pavna Industries, touched their fresh 52-week low.


Overall, 28 shares traded in the green in Nifty50 index, while 21 traded in the red.

In the Nifty 50 index, JSW Steel, UltraTech Cem., Tata Steel, NTPC and Hindalco were among top gainers, while ITC, Asian Paints, SBI Life, Britannia and Tech Mahindra traded in the red.

The BSE Sensex was trading 39.58 points down at 66345.2 at 10:39AM(IST).

Traders were seen piling up positions in Telecommunications, Paper, Power, Cement and Metals - Ferrous sectors, while selling was visible in Banks, Tobacco, Building Materials, Irrigation & Allied Services and Airlines sectors.
