Stock market update: Stocks that hit 52-week highs on NSE

NEW DELHI: Shares of Anmol India, We Win, Ugro Capital, Allsec Tech and Silgo Retail, hit their fresh 52-week highs at 10:19AM(IST)on NSE.

Benchmark NSE Nifty index rose 69.65 points to 19818.9 amid buying in frontline bluechip stocks.

However, stocks such as Bombay Metrics Suppl, Aartech Solonics, Godha Cabcon & Insul, Shree Ram Proteins and Jet Airways, touched their fresh 52-week low.


Overall, 33 shares traded in the green in Nifty50 index, while 16 traded in the red.

In the Nifty 50 index, NTPC, IndusInd Bank, Power Grid, Sun Pharma and SBI were among top gainers, while Hindalco, Hero MotoCorp, Asian Paints, Eicher Motors and M&M traded in the red.

The BSE Sensex was trading 240.52 points up at 67035.66 at 10:19AM(IST).

Traders were seen piling up positions in Telecommunications, Cables, Aquaculture, IT Enabled Services and Agro Processing sectors, while selling was visible in Banks, Irrigation & Allied Services, Building Materials, Petrochemicals and Media & Entertainment sectors.
