Stock market update: Stocks that hit 52-week highs on NSE

NEW DELHI: Shares of Airan Ltd., DCM Shriram Ind, Hercules Hoists, Agarwal Corp and Bliss GVS Pharma, hit their fresh 52-week highs at 11:27AM(IST)on NSE.

Benchmark NSE Nifty index rose 44.7 points to 19609.2 amid buying in frontline bluechip stocks.

However, stocks such as Setubandhan Infra, Melstar Info, Ankit Metal Pwr, Synoptics Technologi and Penta Gold, touched their fresh 52-week low.


Overall, 33 shares traded in the green in Nifty50 index, while 17 traded in the red.

In the Nifty 50 index, Wipro, LTIMindtree, Tech Mahindra, Dr. Reddys and Infosys were among top gainers, while SBI Life, ONGC, Hero MotoCorp, HDFC Life and Tata Motors traded in the red.

The BSE Sensex was trading 146.13 points up at 66207.03 at 11:27AM(IST).

Traders were seen piling up positions in IT Enabled Services, Telecommunications, Agriculture/Horticulture/Livestock, Rubber and Learning & Education sectors, while selling was visible in Banks, Irrigation & Allied Services, Retail, Tea / Coffee and Petrochemicals sectors.
