Stock market update: Stocks that hit 52-week highs on NSE

NEW DELHI: Shares of Cyient DLM, Mazagon Dock Ship, Anlon Technology Sol, Zen Tech and Phillips Carbon, hit their fresh 52-week highs at 10:09AM(IST)on NSE.

Benchmark NSE Nifty index rose 117.0 points to 19472.9 amid buying in frontline bluechip stocks.

However, stocks such as Greenchef Appliances, Pentagon Rubber, Cell Point(India), Rachana Infrastructu and Bohra Industries, touched their fresh 52-week low.


Overall, 41 shares traded in the green in Nifty50 index, while 8 traded in the red.

In the Nifty 50 index, Apollo Hospital, Britannia, HDFC Life, Sun Pharma and Bajaj Finserv were among top gainers, while UPL, Hero MotoCorp, JSW Steel, HCL Tech and SBI traded in the red.

The BSE Sensex was trading 390.01 points up at 65734.18 at 10:09AM(IST).

Traders were seen piling up positions in Telecommunications, Defence, Fertilisers, Shipping and Industrial Equipment sectors, while selling was visible in Real Estate, Trading, Irrigation & Allied Services, FMCG and Media & Entertainment sectors.
