Stock market update: Stocks that hit 52-week highs on NSE

NEW DELHI: Shares of ADF Foods, Starteck Finance, Kore Digital, The Hi-Tech Gears and Suzlon Energy, hit their fresh 52-week highs at 10:30AM(IST)on NSE.

Benchmark NSE Nifty index rose 144.2 points to 19333.25 amid buying in frontline bluechip stocks.

However, stocks such as Sanwaria Consumer, JBF Industries, Latteys Industries, CMI Ltd and Ankit Metal Pwr, touched their fresh 52-week low.


Overall, 32 shares traded in the green in Nifty50 index, while 17 traded in the red.

In the Nifty 50 index, HDFC, HDFC Bank, BPCL, Divis Labs and UltraTech Cem. were among top gainers, while Power Grid, Bajaj Auto, Hero MotoCorp, Tech Mahindra and Maruti Suzuki traded in the red.

The BSE Sensex was trading 518.54 points up at 65237.1 at 10:30AM(IST).

Traders were seen piling up positions in Glass, Telecommunications, Agriculture/Horticulture/Livestock, Term Lending Institutions and Gas & Petroleum sectors, while selling was visible in Real Estate, Trading, FMCG, Media & Entertainment and Services sectors.
