Stock market update: Stocks that hit 52-week highs on NSE

NEW DELHI: Shares of IKIO Lighting Ltd., Ambica Agarbathi, Lokesh Machines, GKW Ltd and Remus Pharmaceutic, hit their fresh 52-week highs at 11:21AM(IST)on NSE.

Benchmark NSE Nifty index rose 70.55 points to 18758.65 amid buying in frontline bluechip stocks.

However, stocks such as Kore Digital, M K Proteins, Rachana Infrastructu, Bodhi Tree Multimed and Jet Airways, touched their fresh 52-week low.


Overall, 34 shares traded in the green in Nifty50 index, while 16 traded in the red.

In the Nifty 50 index, HDFC Life, Bajaj Finserv, Dr. Reddys, Hindalco and UPL were among top gainers, while Bajaj Auto, Tata Consumer, TCS, Wipro and BPCL traded in the red.

The BSE Sensex was trading 259.99 points up at 63177.62 at 11:21AM(IST).

Traders were seen piling up positions in Telecommunications, Defence, Irrigation & Allied Services, Retail and Packaging sectors, while selling was visible in Trading, Real Estate, FMCG, Media & Entertainment and Term Lending Institutions sectors.
